Class Description

Join us for weekly acro dance classes designed to help athletes enhance their performance — building flexibility, coordination, and strength. We will have one class group at 5:45 pm and another at 6:30 pm.

Class Policy

Payment includes all classes in the session, and an optional performance. Student absences are non-refundable and do not qualify for make-up classes. In the instance of a program-initiated cancellation, a make-up class will be scheduled.
