Imagine Motion Dance offers cross-training dance classes for sports teams, taught by Alex Fellman (better known as Miss Alex).
Alex brings over a decade of dance teaching experience, developing award-winning curriculums and captivating choreography.
She's a certified, insured instructor known for her creative, age-appropriate, and engaging routines. Alex is versed in many genres including Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, Modern, Tap and Acrobatic dance.

Dance for Athletes Classes Ages 5+
Ballet & Jazz Dance for Athletes
Designed specifically for athletes, this class focuses on foundational dance techniques from Ballet and Jazz dance styles to improve coordination, agility, balance, and body awareness. Flexibility and strengthening exercises are built into the training to support injury prevention and enhance overall athletic performance.
Acrobatic Dance for Athletes
This class blends acrobatic and dance movement to help athletes develop strength and flexibility. By learning a variety of techniques—including balancing, limbering, and tumbling skills—athletes will improve body control, increase range of motion, and enhance overall performance.
